                TMdrive-MVe2 Series
                The TMdrive-MVe2 is an IGBT converter with direct high voltage output from the 3 kV to 11 kV range and offers high-performance vector-based motor control. It is equipped with a dedicated power electronics microprocessor PP7EX2, with a high-performance and general-purpose FPGA, such as intelligent vector control, and has many hard-wired interfaces and various high-speed LAN communication ports.

                • Power Supply Friendly, High Power Factor
                  Ensures clean power supply with small distortion, can meet high-order harmonic standards even without a high-order harmonic filter, and the power supply’s power factor can be controlled at 1 (fundamental power factor).
                • Load Motor Friendly, High Power Factor
                  Due to the inverter's multiple connections and PWM control, the output voltage waveform is sinusoidal, so it is a load-motor-friendly high-voltage inverter with low torque ripple and without resonance voltage surges. It can be directly used on existing motors. Based on the efficiency of the conversion device, PWM adopts low-frequency PWM control to ensure efficient operations.
                • High Performance & High Reliability
                  The use of a large-capacity IGBT improves reliability and control performance while reducing switching losses. The control processors for power electronic devices—PP7EX2 and FPGA, are used in the control loop. The use of an 8-layer circuit board ensures high integration and high reliability of the components.
                • Maintenance Tools (Test and Adjustment Support Tool Software: Optional)
                  In addition to maintenance monitoring and fault analysis, it can also be used as an adjustment tool.
                • Regeneration Function
                  The use of a 3-level IGBT rectifier in the front section of the AC drive unit supports applications that require regeneration functions, thus saving energy.

                  By controlling the reactive power, the power factor of the system can be improved.
